Normally, nunchucks can hurt when you hit them against someone else (or yourself). But with quarter inch of foam padding over a lightweight PVC plastic core, you will be hard pressed to injure anyone just by hitting them with the 12″ handles.
The foam nunchucks come with a 5″ connector that is either made from durable black nylon paracord or steel chain. It won’t be a surprise which one, because you’ll choose that when you place your order. The handles also have a golden dragon design (this may have some imperfections).
